Description

Mechanical switches are less complicated to implement and cheaper than optical endstops because they do not require a circuit board and only use 2 wires for connecting the switch. We supply these in sets of three.

In some cases you will need to use the endstops with 10k pull up resistors. Not all electronics need pull up resistors; Sanguinololu does not, check your electronics for details. If you require 3 free 10k pull up resistors, please select that option.

These microswitches are ideal for use as mechanical endstops on RepRap or similar machines. They can be screwed directly onto the standard Prusa and Mendel90 endstop holders.

These microswitches have three connectors
1 = com = wire to signal on your electronics
2 = normally closed (NC) = wire to ground on you electronics
3 = normally open = not required.
